Unfortunately, and for whatever reason this is only revealed in the comments section of the KKBB campaign, this is exclusively for European fans:
"Tanuko only holds home video rights for Europe. Unfortunately, countries outside Europe cannot participate, which saddens us as well." |

They ship to the UK and there are proxies/parcel forwarding services that send from the UK to elsewhere in the world.
